You will learn about different elements of yoga such as the poses (asana), breath work (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana). The poses will be broken down and made accessible to everyone, using modifications and yoga props. Time for questions and open discussion will be available. This series is designed to build knowledge each week so committing to the whole series is encouraged but not necessary.

Our first book up for discussion will be The Untethered Soul, by Michael Singer is a guide to inner peace, urging readers to let go of mental and emotional obstacles and connect to the deeper, unchanging part of themselves. The book promotes a path toward spiritual growth and self-realization, emphasizing freedom, acceptance, and presence. (book not included) please read the first 30 pages before our 3/28 meet- we will break this book up into 5 parts reading 30 pages between monthly meets to ensure deeper thought and reflection!
