Our Classes

Vinyasa

Focus and muscular engagement is required for movement between poses. This 75 min. class brings attention to detail and focuses on the mind body connection. You will move mindfully through the transitions, building dynamic strength and tune into how you arrive in each pose, giving you the opportunity to flow in a more purposeful and focused way. Some yoga experience recommended, however both modifications and progressions are offered.

Hatha/Vinyasa

This class begins in true Hatha style, with focus on alignment and muscular engagement in a wide variety of poses. This is followed by threading them together in a strong and fun flow, adding breath to the movement. Some yoga experience recommended.

Hatha Yoga

In this 75 minute class anatomical sequencing is used to encourage optimal alignment. That along with longer holds in the poses allow for the body to fully engage, open and experience the energetic shifts in the process. This class includes time to warm up, cool down and may include breath work and meditation. Some yoga experience is recommended, however progressions and modifications are offered.

Saturdays 9-10:15am

Thursdays 630-745pm * Beginners w/ Meditation

Yin + Meditation

This is a gentle and relaxing all-level class. Yin yoga focuses on stimulating the connective tissues and joints, which improves the flow of Prana (life giving energy) throughout the body. Class is designed around holding a variety of mat based yoga poses for 3-5 minutes. Using a combination of breath, meditation, and affirmations will ease you further into the pose, truly connecting to your body. The Yin postures are not difficult to hold for these periods of time and are supported by the use props to allow you to release and relax. Yin yoga is the perfect complement to a more Yang (or active) yoga practice. A great class for yogis, weight lifters, and athletes of all levels! Class ends with guided meditation

Monday 730-845pm

Beginners

The beautiful thing about being a beginner is the mindset. Being open and willing to learn and create shapes in your body and mind. This class is good for all levels of practitioners and is focused on getting to know the yoga poses in a safe way while encouraging new and practiced yogis to grow strength with the basics and connect with their breathe.

Tuesdays 6-715pm

Restorative

This Restorative Yoga class begins with centering, relaxing breathwork to calm the nervous system, followed by restorative yoga poses, and ending with guided meditation and aromatherapy! Students will walk away with clarity and peace. This class is for all levels, no experience necessary.

Limited to 15 students.

Tuesdays 730-845pm

Yin-yasa

Yinyasa class may start with yin yoga to calm the mind and work on the joints before the muscles are warm, followed by a traditional vinyasa practice. Alternatively, the class my start more dynamically and end with longer held poses to relax and calm the nervous system. The combination of the styles of yoga in sequence can have a powerful effect on your energy levels and how you feel after class.

Wednesday 5-615pm

Rise + Grind

A forty-five minute small group weight training class, lead by our certified personal trainer, Amanda Sette. Set up in 3 rounds of circuits with a variety of weights and kettlebells, this class is for anyone wanting to improve their health and increase their strength.
