Meet our team…
Dominique Mobley
Dominique began her yoga journey in college, and later started practicing more regularly both in-studio and at home to help manage the stress of balancing work and family life. In 2014, she completed her first 200 RYT training with Barbara Paulsen at Yoga Inspired. In 2021 she completed her second 200 hour training with Mariel Freeman at Three Queens Yoga. Her classes are intended to feel like a dose of self-love in the midst of a busy life where a warm and welcoming atmosphere invites you to explore new poses and meditation techniques. When she’s not leading yoga practice, you can find her spending time with her husband, two sons, and dog, cuddling up with a good book, or teaching middle school; incorporating mindfulness activities whenever possible.
You can practice w/ Dominique Saturdays 9-10:15am and Wednesday 7:30-8:30pm
Patti Lindstrom
Patti is a Yoga and PyroPilates instructor, a Personal Trainer and a Registered Dietitian. She began her yoga journey in her early twenties as a way to gain flexibility and calm the mind while training for marathons. It wasn't until an injury sidelined her in 2014 that her practice became more consistent and her love for not only the physical benefits of yoga but the mental and spiritual aspects motivated her to pursue teacher training. In the Spring of 2018 she became certified in Baptiste style Vinyasa through the Upaya School of Yoga Arts.
Patti is passionate about proper form and listening to your body to make any practice accessible. Her classes emphasize the importance of the breath, mindfulness and practicing without judgement. Patti provides both a physically and mentally challenging class and encourages her students to find their flow.
Practice with Patti every Tuesday 6-6:50am and Thursday 5:30-6:15pm
Meghan Cash
Meghan began her yoga journey in college at the suggestion of a friend and has been practicing ever since. After years of running home classes for friends, she pursued her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with Kristin B Harris Yoga in Pitman, NJ. She loves the privilege of leading humans through a practice and the beautiful energy exchange after each class. When she’s not doing yoga (or at work), you can find Meghan listening to music, hanging out with her cats, eating ice cream, or getting in water somewhere.
Practice with Meghan every Tuesday 730-8:45pm and Select Sundays in the fall
