Meet our team…
AnnaLisa Eghbali-Afshar
AnnaLisa has had a passion for helping people feel their best since first enrolling in cosmetology school years ago. She transferred that love into a thriving massage therapy career, and after finding her own bodily freedom through her yoga practice, dedicated herself to the Wild Soul teacher training. She applies her formal anatomy education from massage to her yoga teaching and strives to get her students and clients to be aware of their personal power and ability to release tension. She is a bright light, offering love and attention to each and every one of her clients and students. AnnaLisa is the owner of Dharma Yoga, leading weekly studio classes that offer the opportunity to slow down and breath in every class, while challenging students to continue their growth on and off the mat.

Deb Cline
Deb first fell in love with yoga at Penn State University and then found her way back to yoga in 2012 after her children went to school full time. She embraced the benefits yoga provided for her own sanity, as well as the physical strength she gained. She enrolled in a teacher training program in 2018 and has since dedicated herself to bringing yoga to all ages and physical abilities. She has used yoga and meditation to help her own children, started an after school yoga club at the local elementary school, as well as brought it to middle school and high school athletes and adults with specific injuries or tightness in muscles.
Deb believes there is always room to grow as a student and a teacher. She hopes to continue to share her love for yoga with her students and help them along their own journey.
You can practice with Deb Monday 9-10:15am, Tuesdays 6-7:15pm & in monthly Restorative classes
Amanda Sette
Amanda has been a certified personal trainer since 2018 and takes a big sister approach to the way she trains/works with her students and clients. She meets all of her students where they're at and her classes are always a judgement-free zone. She encourages ‘failure’ in her classes because it means you pushed yourself to your limits and that's how we get stronger!
Amanda first got into fitness because she wanted to lose weight and held so much negativity towards her physical body. This ultimately wasn't sustainable and over time she began viewing fitness as a way to honor her body instead of punish it. When she went through a major trauma in 2019, she began leaning on fitness and exercise for mental health. It gave her a positive, healthy escape and allowed her to physically get stronger while working on rebuilding mental strength.
Join Amanda for this important practice every Tuesday at 5pm

Her classes are intended to feel like a dose of self-love in the midst of a busy life where a warm and welcoming atmosphere invites you to explore new poses and meditation techniques. When she’s not leading yoga practice, you can find her spending time with her husband, two sons, and dog, cuddling up with a good book, or teaching middle school; incorporating mindfulness activities whenever possible.

Mary Chila
Mary fell in love with yoga in 2018, at the age of 23. Her practice began at home- where the
morning practice of meditation, breathwork, and yoga led seamlessly into each other. She used these practices as a form of self-reflection and connection. First learning through books and online videos, but after a few years of self-practice, she decided to seek out a studio where she could continue to learn and deepen her practice. After her first in studio class- at Dharma Yoga, she knew there was so much more to learn and explore in this practice, both on and off the mat. She fell in love with the community and connection she felt walking into the studio. It was a full circle moment for her to have completed her yoga teacher training at the very studio where it all began for her.
Today, Mary is a reiki level 2 practitioner, a tarot reader, sound healer, certified holistic health
coach, certified crystal healer, and 200-hour certified yoga teacher. She loves to combine these teachings and practices with the intention to bridge both the spiritual and the physical for a balanced, well-rounded, and intentional way of life.
The yoga classes Mary offers are traditional vinyasa, slow flows infused with energy and sound healing, personal classes for those who like to learn in a more one on one style- or those who are not quite ready to step into a full-class studio yet! Her goal is to help you gain confidence in the way you move through poses and really listen to your body and what works for you. Everything is not for everyone. She is eager to share her teachings and continue to explore this practice in community.
You can find Mary at Dharma Every Wednesday Morning at 9am or make and appointment for Reiki + Tarot on select days
