A special spring equinox R&R: Restorative + Reiki; join Deb & Mary for a truly restful experience. The spring equinox is a time of renewal, rebirth, and new beginnings as we awake from winter’s slumber and look to plant seeds for future growth. You will be lead through a series of restorative yoga poses, guided relaxation and calming breath work. Individual Reiki Healing will be given throughout class and a Reiki meditation in sivasana will complete the experience.
