Through a combination of rejuvenating, relaxing, and energizing movements, the class will help increase flexibility, reduce stress, and strengthen key muscles to support a healthy pregnancy. Gentle poses and mindful breathing techniques will help you connect with your body, ease common discomforts, and promote overall well-being. Whether you’re new to yoga or have a regular practice, this class will leave you feeling balanced, restored, and empowered as you prepare for motherhood.
