Yoga Nidra, also known as "Yogic Sleep", allows you to experience a state of conscious relaxation while remaining awake and aware. You will be guided through a journey providing deep mental, emotional and physical relaxation, as you are bathed in the sounds and vibrations of the singing crystal bowls. This technique provides many benefits including deep relaxation, stress reduction, improved sleep and increased self-awareness. One session is equal to 4 hrs of deep sleep.
