The Spring Equinox is the time when there is complete balance of light and dark. In the winter we fall to darkness which is essential for rest and reflection to prepare us for growth in the light. It is in the spring when we rise to lightness and tap into our potential for regrowth and creativity.
In this 90 minute workshop we will focus on both the balance of light and dark as well as the physical balance of our yoga practice, using strengthening exercises and poses we are already familiar with to get us there. Physical well-being, mental health, and abundance are just a few benefits of finding your balance on and off your mat. Come join us in finding harmony and balance in ALL things!
