The story of Batman is simple; with the right amount of training, and the right amount of capital, anyone can be Batman! In this class we'll practice with the intention of unlocking our backbending superpower. First, we'll start by gently warming up the body with gentle stretches before moving into core strengthening and standing flows to activate length in the back body before seeing what's possible!!! This 90 minute class is for all levels; if you're new to backbending this class will help you find new opportunities in your practice and if you're an experienced fan of backbending this class is designed to allow us greater ease and depth in what we already know.
