Join owner, Kelly Friedberg E-RYT200, RYT500, YACEP and Nutritionist, Kacy Romeo DiSantillo, M.S. certified nutritionist for this two hour workshop. We will give you some holistic tools to counter the stressors of everyday life and bring you back to a quiet and tranquil state of mind and body. The workshop includes a grounding meditation, a nutrition talk on which foods to incorporate into your diet to improve the stress response and overall mood, and a gentle and restorative yoga. This also includes an 18oz fresh pressed juice from Gaia Compassionate Collective!
