A gentle all-level class that will focus on stimulating the connective tissues and joints, which improves the flow of Chi / Prana throughout the body. We accomplish this through holding a variety of mat based yoga poses for 3-5 minutes. We use a combination of breath, meditation, and affirmations to ease further into the pose, truly connecting to the body.
