A total solar eclipse — when the Moon passes between the Sun and Earth, completely blocking the face of the Sun (also known as totality) — is set to cross North America, Canada, and Mexico on April 8. Join us for this tarot workshop the Saturday beforehand to prepare for this mind-bending celestial event.

In this workshop, we'll talk about the spiritual significance of totality and delve back into history for how totality was received and perceived across cultures (some still to this day). 

There will be a brief Tarot 101 breakdown before we explore the meanings of the Sun and Moon cards — bringing in those energies — before deciphering personal Sun and Moon cards corresponding with your personal astrological birth chart. Finally, we'll do a three-card tarot spread, using our individual Moon and Sun cards, along with a random "shadow" card pull to emphasize the upcoming temporary darkening of illumination from our perspective on Earth, which can invite deep, meaningful reflection and opportunities for transformation.
