In this guided self myofascial release practice we will use tools, like props and therapy balls to target the fascia in the hips, glutes, legs and feet. Through this practice we can begin to unwind areas of stress and tension, improve blood flow and circulation, increase range of motion and enhance mobility so we can become more relaxed and at ease within the body.
